1. Overview

This website is operated by Zyorae Holdings LLC, doing business as YaDora (“YaDora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). YaDora offers this website, including all information, products, features, tools and services available through https://yadoraamour.com (collectively, the “Services”), subject to these Terms of Service.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products and services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order through the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, materials, measurements and images accurately. However, colors and product details may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and production process.

Many YaDora products are produced after an order is placed. Minor variations in color, print placement, texture, measurements or finishing may occur and do not necessarily constitute defects.

All product descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse sales when reasonably necessary.

4. Materials, Sizing and Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description, fabric composition, measurements and applicable size chart before purchasing.

Sizing may vary by garment, style and manufacturer. Selecting the same labeled size across different products does not guarantee identical measurements or fit.

If product information contains an obvious error, we reserve the right to correct it and, when necessary, contact the customer, cancel the affected order or issue an appropriate refund.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, product unavailability, shipping restrictions or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information. YaDora is not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

6. Prices, Payments and Taxes

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other fees will be shown during checkout.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted unless an obvious pricing error occurred.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments may be processed by Shopify or other third-party payment providers subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted. Order changes and cancellations are therefore not guaranteed.

Customers should contact iam@zyorae.com immediately to request a change or cancellation. If production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to assist. Once production begins, the order generally cannot be changed or canceled.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Current processing times, shipping estimates and service areas are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. YaDora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, emergencies, customs, supply interruptions, incorrect addresses or events outside our reasonable control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer as permitted by applicable law. Customers should promptly report packages that appear damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered.

9. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

All returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many products are made to order, correctly produced items generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of buyer’s remorse, a change of preference or an incorrect size or color selected by the customer.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items should be reported within 30 days of delivery. Customers may be required to provide photographs, packaging information and other documentation needed to evaluate the claim.

Do not mail merchandise to any address displayed on the website, invoice or company record unless YaDora provides written return authorization and specific return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

10. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards

Promotional offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions and quantity limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively or redeemed for cash. We may modify or cancel promotions where permitted by law.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

11. Accounts

Certain features may require a customer account. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for activities conducted through their accounts.

You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or violations of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

The YaDora name, branding, logos, graphics, garment designs, artwork, photographs, videos, text, product names, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Zyorae Holdings LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, sold, licensed, used to create derivative works or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchasing a YaDora product does not transfer ownership of the design, artwork, trademark or other intellectual property appearing on that product.

13. Customer Content and Feedback

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You grant YaDora a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and share submitted content for operating, improving and promoting the Services, unless prohibited by law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, obscene, malicious or otherwise inappropriate.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights

• Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information

• Transmit malware, viruses or harmful code

• Interfere with the security or operation of the website

• Collect customer or website data without authorization

• Scrape, copy or commercially exploit website content

• Place fraudulent orders or initiate abusive payment disputes

We may restrict or terminate access for prohibited activity.

17. Errors and Omissions

Information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges or delivery estimates.

We may correct errors, update information or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. If a canceled order has been paid, we will issue an appropriate refund.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free. We do not guarantee that every product will meet subjective expectations regarding appearance, fit or preference when the product conforms to its description and order specifications.

Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyorae Holdings LLC, YaDora and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or purchase of products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyorae Holdings LLC, YaDora and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe a customer has violated these Terms, committed fraud, endangered the website or harmed YaDora, another customer or a third party.

Provisions that logically should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification and governing law—will remain effective.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and severed when necessary. The remaining provisions will remain effective.

23. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that or another provision later.

24. Assignment

Customers may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and other policies displayed on the website, constitute the agreement between the customer and YaDora concerning use of the Services.

26. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions conducted through the Services will be governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Any legal proceeding that is not eligible for small-claims court will be brought in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in North Carolina, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, business practices or legal obligations.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
