  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and selected shipping method.

  • Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a tracking number by email once their order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • YaDora is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of YaDora's control.
